In 2020, he founded Aishwarya Realty which is a group company of Dev Developments catering to the Luxury Villa in New York & New Jersey area. In a very short time constructed prestigious and high-profile projects in Tri-State Area.

Vice President Mr. Ganpat Aiyar has been appointed to lead Dev Developments Group, one of United States fastest growing and leading global developers, In his new role, alongside his brother Mr. Dev Aiyar, founder of the Dev Developments, will oversee the operations of the Group's diverse business entities in United States of America and expand business in newer markets globally.

Mike’s journey with Becker Morgan Group is unique and could serve as a case study for the value and effectiveness of internships. Mike first joined the firm in 1997 as an intern while in high school and continued throughout his high school and college career. Upon graduating from the University of Delaware with a Bachelor of Science / Civil Engineering degree in 2001, he joined the firm full time as a Civil Designer. Demonstrating strong technical competency and leadership skills throughout his tenure with Becker Morgan Group, Mike quickly ascended through the ranks. He advanced to Associate in 2006, Senior Associate/Stockholder in 2009, Associate Principal in 2016, and became a Principal of the firm in 2018.
